Information about planning applications
Planning Applications are discussed at full Council meetings. Details of the meetings are shown in the Council Calendar. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting.
Whilst the Parish Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the parish, the controlling authority is West Northants Council and they make the final decision on approval or not.
The parish council have produced two guides, the first is a guide for residents on how they can respond to planning applications, the second document is a guide to how the parish council responds. Both are available to download below.
